Andrea Treanor's Capstone

Home

Welcome to my Capstone Website. This Capstone represents the unification of my classroom learning and professional experience over the last three years combined with who I am and who I desire to be in the future as a person and a professional.

Since you are reading this page, chances are, you have been instrumental in my life in recent years. You have helped shape the experiences that form this website. I hope that you will continue with me as I shape my future as well. Your support, encouragement, accountability, and friendship have made me who I am and will be of great necessity to me in my future.

I hope you enjoy exploring the work and experiences that have shaped much of my life over these last few years. I also hope you will enjoy reading about my goals for the future.

And right off the bat, I would like to thank a few people that proved helpful to me in creating this website: Charles Wilson, for the hours of help and tutorials on how to use Microsoft Expression; Mike Dunn, for answering technology questions, giving me files that I needed to complete this site, and agreeing to record my colloquium; Carol Roberts-Corb, for being understanding of my need to work on this site and allowing flexibility in my work schedule to accommodate me; all of my RAs from the past and present for doing great programs which actually gave me something to write about, and especially Ashley Perkins, Marco Venancio, and Brandi Hume for providing me with files from programs to include in this site; Brandi Hume and Richard Caliandro for keeping me company when I spent hours in the office late on a Friday night; the Sigma team and the entire RES staff (including DAs) for giving me encouragement to make it through; my mom, for cleaning my apartment when I was so overwhelmed with my assignments; all my professors and classmates at APU that have truly been a huge part of my life for the last three years and have contributed so much to my learning and development as a person; and last but not least, Carol Roberts-Corb, Danny Mann, and Sharyn Slavin-Miller, for agreeing to be on my Capstone committee.
